30sec mountain climbers

Conditioning: 50ft Sled push + 50ft pull

5 sets start @ 75/125 go up each set if you can

* 10 strict ring dips between sets add weight if you can

10 rds for time:

10 Gobblet squats 35/53

5 Burpees * terminate on top of (2) 45lb plates stacked
