4. 12 knee grabs

5. 12 dyno walks

6. 20 Russian kicks

7. 20 small forward arm circles

8. 20 small backward arm circles

10 single leg deadlifts each leg (use your DB or KB)

30 shoulder tap (push-up position )

20 tricep dips (use kitchen chair or coffee table)

30 sec mountain climbers

30 bicycle crunches total

45 sec plank
