Our programs are designed to help you meet your fitness goals in a community that is supportive and fun. Spend some time with our trainers to find out what class would be the best fit for your journey. Your first class is FREE…so don’t hesitate…join us.

 
 

Crossfit

One-on-one personal training, is a one hour session where our professional trainer will be able to design the right program for you. These sessions are designed exclusively for our clients to create a customized training regimen to help you achieve your fitness goals and expectations. Private Training includes measurements and body-fat percentage tracking to help you see month-by-month the changes in your body. Semi-Private training is also available. With Semi-Private training, you will be matched in the same time slot as another client, but your workout and fitness levels may vary.


Bootcamp

Bootcamp is a group fitness classes that promote fat loss, camaraderie and team effort. They are designed to push people a little bit further than they would normally push themselves in the gym alone. Bootcamp uses bodyweight exercises like push ups, squats, suspension training and burpees, interspersed with running and competitive games. The idea is that everyone involved works at their own pace as they team up and work towards one goal, either in pairs, small teams of three or four, or even two teams head on.

Sports Speed

This class is going to be for any athletes looking to improve their speed, quickness, body control, explosiveness, and injury prevention. Sports Speed is going to be a mix of athletes from various sports, not just one specific sport–it’s about athletic performance. We encourage athletes to do Sports Speed and CrossFit in combination to get the best results. Athletes are recommended to do this during there sports season and/or in the off-season. Call to schedule their first class and it’s on us!
